"Exit Call" to the Chief of Police of the Bauan Municipal Police Station (PMAJ Allan Avena De Castro). This provides an opportunity for us to express our gratitude to sir De Castro for his guidance and support throughout our training, and to bid farewell as we move on to the next phase of our careers. 

     Moreover, the visit provides a valuable learning experience for us, as we gain insight into the work of the police at the local level and the challenges they face in maintaining public safety and order. It allows us to observe firsthand the daily operations of the police force and to interact with the local community, which will serve as a foundation for our future work as law enforcement officers.

     During the Exit Call, we are able to reflect on our experiences and the lessons we have learned during the program. We are able to discuss our strengths and areas for improvement, as well as our aspirations and goals for our future careers.

     This conversation can help us gain a deeper understanding of our roles as law enforcement officers and to develop a sense of purpose and direction as we move forward.

     Finally, it serves as a reminder of the importance of building strong relationships between law enforcement officers and the community we serve. By demonstrating our commitment to serving the community and engaging in Kasimbayanan activities, we can help build trust and cooperation between the police and the public. This can be a critical factor in maintaining public safety and order, and in creating a more peaceful and harmonious society.
